Periodically throughout the summer, we’ll be featuring some cool summer recipes from club members, although this very first recipe might actually be a bit more ‘hot’ than cool. Outgoing LWC co-president Donna Saunders says it’s been a favorite at many community parties lately. Check it out:
BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can chunk white chicken (size larger than a tuna can), drained and shredded
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
Combine all ingredients (Donna breaks up the cream cheese) in an 8″ x 8″ or 9″ x 8″ pan. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir and serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Donna recommends using disposable Hefty microwave containers to really make things easy while entertaining this summer. ENJOY!
